I can now swim in my pool with no skin irritation and the automation saves me lots of time. Very pleased .
Installing a Bionizer, Eco-Oxidizer and PH Boss to my pool has been the best investment and better than I could have expected. The water stays crystal clear, has no chlorine smell, feels soft on the skin and is pretty much self sufficient requiring minimal work from me to keep the pool in tip top condition.
Any questions have been answered super quickly and have always provided me with the guidance I required.
I highly recommend Bionizer to anyone who owns a pool.
Thanks to the team for the advise and support provided. I had issues with PH Boss and pool water. They were all over it troubleshooting and fixed issue I had with PH boss very quickly. Then they followed up to check if everything back to normal thanks again for your support.
Fantastic to swim in our pool now, no more dry itchy skin, and our grandsons with asthma and eczema are no longer triggered by harsh pool chemicals. It’s like swimming in a crystal clear river. Highly recommend
I installed this system a few months ago. I added the bionizer, the oxidiser and the PH boss. I seem to do nothing but test the water. It has been so good and everyone who swims in the pool loves the feel of the water. Should have done this years ago. The staff are also extremely helpful and deliberately follow me up to see how it's going. Thankyou
I’m still waiting for the catch with this system - our pool has never looked better, has never taken so little effort to look after and the water is amazing to swim in. I’ve recommended the Bionizer system to friends who are looking to upgrade and it really is an upgrade. The best part is walking past the pool stores and not spending a cent on harmful chemicals! The guys at Bionizer have been In touch to check on how we are going many times and from my point of view this system is the best way to go. You would be crazy not to check it out!
The Bionizer pool sanitizer system works perfectly for sparkling clear, clean water without need for excessive chemicals.Coupled with the Oxidiser and pH Boss modules, it has really reduced my maintenance time! The water feels beautiful to swim in too.
Best of all, the customer service from the Bionizer team is the best I have ever experienced with great communication and quick responses.
We had a Bionizer System on our pool in Bali and now have one on our pool on the Sunshine Coast. The kids love it and can swim all day with eyes open underwater without any irritation. Getting out of the pool there is no need for a shower to rinse off chlorine or other chemicals, its virtually like getting straight out of the shower. Absolutely everybody comments positively about the water clarity and quality in out pool. The pH Boss means when I go away working the pool virtually looks after itself. I highly recommend.
Bioniser is a great, low maintenance pool system. Their after sales service is extremely good. My pool has been crystal clear for nearly 2 years now without needing chlorine or algicide, despite multiple flooding rains in our area. On the two occasions I’ve needed advice it was given same day and solved my issue. I cannot fault either the product or the customer service and am very happy with both.
We've had a bioniser pool (converted from a chlorine pool) for a few months. It was a great decision to make. The pool water is crystal clear and doesn''t stink of chemicals.
It is important to ensure the pool is chemically balanced.
When I get the pool water tested at the pool shop I'm not walking out with loads of chemicals to be added. We changed the filter media from sand to glass when the bioniser system was installed and it made a massive difference to filtration efficiency.
The Bioniser team are friendly, helpful and really care for their product.

Great service from Bionizer, replaced at no cost a 9 month old oxidizing cell which had stopped working. Express posted and quickly fixed my issue. Very happy overall with the system, keeps the water beautiful without a lot of work compared to previous pools I've had.
Best after sales service even after 5+ years in service had problem solved in a few days great guys & company to deal with.

I don't do reviews often but these guys have been exceptional in their support. Buying the system is a no brainer given how much money and time is saved not having to constantly buy salt and chemicals but the service at this company in this day and age amazes me. It is obvious the people at this company care about people and are not just trying to sell a product.
Our Bioniser pool management system has been a great investment. Not only saving water, by not needing to shower afterwards, it does not require the chemicals most other pools use to balance the water. No need for gallons of chlorine or bags of salt with this pool which certainly helps to reduce the strain on our environment.
Our pool water can be used on the garden when the level gets too high, so saving tap water !
Bioniser service department is very helpful and offers useful advice to keep our pool in tip top condition. Spare parts for general upkeep, when needed, can be ordered from their website.

I have been using the full system for 4 months or so. The best system I have ever used. It made my pool maintenance so easy.
I have owned a Bionizer for the last ten years and I would not use anything else for my pools filtration. No bags of salt and bottles of chlorine, so easy to use and we can swim for hours and there no chemical smells. We love it! The service and back up is exceptional, they are prompt and always take great care of us. I give Bionizer ten out of ten for the product and service.

The bionizer system has been easy to learn, low maintenance and has kept our pool water high quality and chlorine free. Love that it also maintains pH automatically. Highly recommend and are seriously considering purchasing again for our new pool at a different house. Not to mention, amazing customer support with regular check ins!

I bought the whole system. When I make the effort and check the levels, I never have any problems. The guys at Bionizer are ALWAYS happy to help and the customer service is top notch. In Mildura I have had to learn to do everything myself as the local pool people did not understand that a pool worked without chlorine, but I have shown them that this is false. My daughters skin used to react to the chlorine, her hair would break, and we would all get sore eyes. NO MORE! If the idea of a pool that has no chlorine in it, is sparkling clear and gets the occasional duck swimming in it (Yes, that really happens) then get a Bionizer and don't look back.
Ronal helped us solve our problem and gave us advice to stop the problems. I haven’t touched the pool since.

Great pool system without the ongoing costs of salt or chlorine. System automatically adds acid as needed and I add a little buffer every few weeks. Water polish every now and then and you have a sparkling fresh water pool without any salt or chlorine smell. We have had a very wet summer and if we had a salt water pool it would have cost us plenty keeping up with the salt levels.
Great after sales service with plenty of knowledge. If you get this system don't waste your time going to pool shops with a water sample. They don't like bionizer because they don't get to sell you lots of chemicals. The bionizer testing kit is easy and all you need.
Had my bionizer for 13 years and it’s been excellent, very low maintenance and lovely fresh water for swimming. The service team are unbelievably helpful and have helped me trouble shoot a few small problems over the years. Can highly recommend Bionizer.
We decided to change to a Bionizer to avoid all the chemicals. Fairly easy to install and once we got our heads around it has worked well.We did have issues with cloudiness and did the tests with the pool shop. It was quite different advice on what to do...drain the pool as it was out and then spoke with the Bionizer team. We adjusted with bicarb (much cheaper than the same stuff from pool shop). Appreciate them also checking to see how we are going. Love swimming in chlorine free water. Pulling napisan was a great tip.

Wonderful system!! Geelong location. Water is clear and silky on my very sensitive skin. We had some initial difficulties with it being a little cloudy but Brian talked my husband through the processes and it is now simple to manage. We love it!!
Amazing system! After years of adding copious amounts of chemicals to continuously correct our green saltwater pool I haven’t had to add anything after nearly 2mths of having bionizer installed. This is also after having large rainfall events and large trees surrounding the pool…it’s still crystal clear. Very happy customer and so far worth the investment!

My Bionizer has now been working faultlessly for a couple of years and I couldn't be happier with how fresh the water feels after transitioning from salt. Now I have to applaud the service as well. Out of the blue (no pun intended) the unit just died. I contacted the service line and spoke to one of the team. They advised to send it to their service department to investigate. To my absolute delight it returned within a week, the work was done under warranty and all my settings were intact. They even got the time right even though they were in a different time zone. Great product - Great service.

System works well, the pool is clean. I
dose HCl per pump and add manually chlorine, maybe every 14 days. Never had any issues and pump time is reduced over the old saltwater system.
I was sceptical and hesitant to buy the system, now I wonder why not everyone has it. It is cheaper to run, no salt or chlorine tasting water.
Have not been to the premises personally . All the gear was delivered timeously . People were all friendly and helpfull.
My pools have NEVER been so clean and sparkly. And a lot less maintenance .
I would recommend this product to anyone.

The Bionizer really does keep the water in our swim spa clean and clear! It can sit for a few weeks over winter without needing a dose of anything, and when the spa has had heavy use it really reduces the need to use chemicals often.
