Warranty Information

This warranty applies solely to the workmanship and materials of the equipment and is non-transferable under any circumstances. Please keep your original purchase invoice and serial number in a secure location for reference.

MANUFACTURING STANDARD & WARRANTY COVERAGE

The Bionizer, Eco-Oxidizer, and pH Boss units are covered by a 5-year warranty from the date of purchase, provided that any failure is determined to be due to faulty materials or workmanship after examination. This warranty is a back-to-base warranty, which means the customer is responsible for shipping the faulty unit to the following address for repair at their own expense:

Exclusions and Limitations

Anodes: Anodes are considered a consumable item and are not covered by this warranty. They will need to be replaced periodically, depending on the size of your swimming pool. 
Eco-Oxidizer Cell: The Eco-Oxidizing Cells are considered consumable items and therefore are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, provided that any failure is determined to be due to faulty materials or workmanship after examination. They will need to be replaced periodically, depending on the size of your swimming pool. 
PH Probe: The pH Probe is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, provided that any failure is determined to be due to faulty materials or workmanship after examination.. It may need to be replaced periodically. 
Acid Feeder Squeeze Tube: The Acid Feeder Squeeze Tube is not covered by this warranty. It may need to be replaced periodically. 



Returning Defective Equipment

Defective equipment must be returned to the manufacturer or authorized dealer as soon as the purchaser identifies the defect. The manufacturer or dealer is not responsible for goods that are damaged during transit.

If the equipment is found to be defective after inspection, it will be repaired or replaced at no cost (excluding transport costs, which are the responsibility of the purchaser). If the equipment does not meet the terms of this warranty, the purchaser will be charged for repair or replacement, including all transport costs.

Liability Limitations

The manufacturer’s liability under the Trade Practices Act 1974, as amended, for any breach of warranty or condition shall be limited to the replacement of the defective equipment or parts.

The manufacturer’s maximum liability shall not exceed the contract price of the equipment or its parts. The manufacturer will not be liable for any loss, damage, or delay, whether direct or indirect, caused by equipment malfunction or failure, except as explicitly outlined in this warranty.

Proper Use Conditions

The equipment is designed for use with swimming pool water that meets the following conditions:

– pH range: 6.8 – 7.8
– Copper levels: Should not exceed 0.7 ppm
– Total Dissolved Solids (TDS): Should not exceed 3000 ppm

The manufacturer is not responsible for any damage caused by, but not limited to, corrosion, scaling, or stress related to improper water conditions.

Warranty Void Conditions

This warranty may be voided under the following circumstances:

– Incorrect installation (not following instructions provided)
– Improper voltage or water pressure
– Service or repair of the Bionizer Unit, Eco-Oxidizer, or pH Boss by an unauthorised person
– Failure to protect the Control Unit from the elements
– Operating the Control Unit in an area with inadequate ventilation
– Water ingress into the Control Unit or cable connections
– Insect infestation or penetration by dust, sand, or other foreign particles inside the Control Unit
– Damage caused by circumstances beyond the manufacturer’s control
– Misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs or alterations to the equipment

The warranty will be void if the equipment is exposed to adverse operating conditions beyond the control of the manufacturer, including, but not limited to:

– Improper voltage or water pressure
– Excessive ambient temperature
– Any other condition that negatively impacts the performance of the equipment
