Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receiving payment, unless otherwise stated. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods: We offer the following shipping methods:
Standard Shipping: Delivery Time within Queensland: 2-4 business days. All other states: 3-6 business days.
Expedited Shipping: Delivery Time within Queensland: 1-2 business days. All other states: 1-3 business days.
Shipping times may vary based on your location and the carrier used. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, weight, and size of your order. Please note that shipping rates are determined by third-party carriers and are outside of our control.
Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email from the shipping carrier. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to be updated.
International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations, and these are the responsibility of the customer.
